From Brand Clients
When a brand subscribes to our matching service, we collect:

- Business Information: Company name, industry, your role, website or store URL
- Targeting Criteria: Target audience, product category, budget range, campaign goals
- Calendar Access: Booking link or calendar integration details to schedule calls
- Payment Information: Billing address, payment method details (processed securely through our payment processors)
- Communication Records: Emails and messages related to your campaigns
From Influencers We Represent
When we represent an influencer for brand sponsorship opportunities, we collect:
- Contact Information: Name, email address, channel or handle
- Media Kit & Audience Data: Follower count, engagement rates, audience demographics and location data
- Rate Information: Sponsorship rates and availability
- Payment Information: Details needed to invoice brands directly for completed campaigns
- Communication Records: Emails and messages related to campaign matching
From Prospective Influencers
We collect publicly available professional data to identify influencers who may be a good fit for our brand clients, including:
- Name and public channel or handle
- Publicly visible follower counts and engagement metrics
- Content niche and posting activity
- Public contact details (business email listed on their channel or profile)
- Location data where publicly available, for audience-fit purposes
Important Notice: We do not collect sensitive personal information such as social security numbers, financial account numbers, or personal health information. All prospective influencer data is sourced from publicly available profiles and platforms.

Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. As part of delivering our matching service, we share limited data between brand clients and influencers we represent โ for example, sharing an influencer’s anonymized media kit with a prospective brand, or sharing a brand’s campaign brief with a matched influencer, once a placement is confirmed. Beyond this, we share data only with:
- Service Providers: Email delivery services, payment processors (Stripe), calendar integration providers, and cloud hosting providers who assist in service delivery
- Legal Authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and security standards consistent with this policy and GDPR requirements.

- Prospective Influencer Data: Used solely to evaluate fit for brand campaigns; not retained beyond a reasonable sourcing window if no relationship is established
- Payment Records: Retained for 7 years per German tax requirements
Upon request, we will delete your personal data earlier, except where retention is required by law.
