Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By engaging with Duran Accelerator, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Our Appointment Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee to book 3 warm appointments (Market Entry) or 7 warm appointments (Market Domination) directly into your calendar. We do not stop until these numbers are delivered. What happens on the call — closing the deal, signing the client, generating revenue — is entirely your responsibility.
1.1 What „Appointment Delivered“ Means
In the Duran Accelerator system, an „appointment delivered“ is achieved when:
- We identify a qualified decision-maker at a business actively looking to hire or scale with an ad specialist
- That prospect has been briefed on your services and expressed interest in discussing their ad management needs
- The call is booked directly into your calendar with date, time, and meeting link
- You receive the prospect’s name, company, and context for the call before it happens
Critical distinction: We deliver the booked appointment. We do not attend the call. We do not close the deal. We do not guarantee the prospect will sign, pay, or proceed. That is 100% your responsibility.
1.2 What We Do NOT Deliver
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- That you will close any deals
- Specific revenue, profit, or ROI
- That the prospect’s budget matches your pricing
- That the prospect will show up (we confirm and remind, but people sometimes flake)
- Sales coaching, call scripts, or closing training
- Handling objections, negotiations, or contract signing
1.3 No-Shows & Reschedules
If a prospect books but does not attend the call:
- We will attempt to reschedule once at no extra cost
- If the prospect ghosts or becomes unresponsive after one reschedule attempt, it counts as an appointment delivered — we fulfilled our obligation by booking a qualified, interested prospect
- We do not replace no-shows beyond one reschedule attempt per appointment
2. Definitions
„Duran Accelerator“ (referred to as „we,“ „us,“ or „our“) refers to Duran Accelerator, a Germany-based agency operating worldwide.
„Client“ (referred to as „you“ or „your“) refers to any ad specialist, media buyer, or entity that engages our services.
„Services“ refers to our Direct Access Intelligence™ system that books warm appointments with brands actively looking to hire or scale with an ad specialist.
„Appointment Delivered“ refers to a qualified prospect booked into your calendar with confirmed interest in discussing their ad management needs. This is what we guarantee: 3 for Market Entry, 7 for Market Domination. We book the call — you must close the deal.
„Qualified Prospect“ refers to a decision-maker at a business actively looking to run or scale paid advertising, who has agreed to a booked call with you through our system.
„No-Show“ refers to a prospect who books but fails to attend without rescheduling.
3. Our Iron-Clad Guarantee
3.1 What We Promise
We guarantee to run our Direct Access Intelligence™ system until:
- Market Entry: 3 warm appointments are booked into your calendar
- Market Domination: 7 warm appointments are booked into your calendar
We do not stop, pause, or give up until these numbers are hit. This is unconditional.
3.2 How We Fulfill This Guarantee
We fulfill our guarantee by booking qualified appointments. We typically contact 15–35+ prospects to deliver your guaranteed appointments, depending on market response. If we need to contact more prospects to hit your numbers, we will do so at no additional cost.
3.3 What We Do NOT Guarantee
- We do not guarantee that prospects will actually sign contracts with you
- We do not guarantee specific revenue, profit, or ROI from appointments
- We do not guarantee your sales performance or ability to close
- We do not guarantee how many prospects we must contact to hit your targets
- We do not guarantee retainer value — you set your own pricing
- We do not guarantee the prospect will show up (we confirm and remind, but people sometimes flake)
4. Services Description
Duran Accelerator provides Direct Access Intelligence™ — a system that identifies brands actively looking to hire or scale with an ad specialist and books warm appointments directly into your calendar. Our services include:
- Research and identification of brands actively looking to run or scale paid advertising
- Direct outreach to decision-makers with demonstrated intent
- Qualification of interest and briefing on your ad services
- Booking appointments directly into your calendar
- Continuous outreach until guaranteed appointment numbers are achieved
- One reschedule attempt per no-show
Our Role vs. Your Role: We book warm, qualified appointments with brands who need an ad specialist. You must then conduct the sales call, handle objections, negotiate terms, sign contracts, and collect payment. We book the calls; you do everything else.
5. Client Eligibility
To engage our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age with legal contracting authority
- Be an ad specialist, media buyer, or paid advertising professional with a legitimate offer
- Maintain availability to attend booked calls or reschedule with reasonable notice
- Have a working calendar system we can book into (Calendly, Google Calendar, etc.)
- Be capable of conducting your own sales calls without our involvement
We are not responsible for your sales performance. If you cannot close deals, that is not grounds for refund, complaint, or extended service. We deliver appointments. Closing is your job.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Fees
Service fees are payable in advance. Prices in USD. Payment processing fees are your responsibility.

6.2 Refund Policy
Our refund policy is strictly limited to our booking performance:
- Market Entry ($2,000): Non-refundable once campaign development begins (within 24 hours of payment). We run until 3 appointments are booked.
- Market Domination ($5,000): 50% refundable if cancelled before research phase begins; non-refundable once outreach begins. We run until 7 appointments are booked.
NO REFUNDS FOR SALES FAILURE
Under no circumstances will refunds be issued because:
• You failed to close prospects we booked
• You were unable to convert appointments into revenue
• You lacked sales competence or professionalism
• Prospects did not show up to calls (we allow one reschedule per no-show)
• Any factor within your control prevented deal closure
If we fail to deliver the guaranteed number of appointments within 90 days of launch, you may request a pro-rata refund or continued service at no additional cost until targets are hit.
6.3 Chargebacks Prohibited
Chargebacks based on your sales performance, inability to close deals, or dissatisfaction with prospect behavior constitute breach of contract and fraud. We will pursue legal recovery.
7. Campaign Execution
7.1 Timeline & Delivery
We commit to:
- Initial launch within 96 hours of receiving complete targeting criteria and payment
- Continuous outreach continues until the appointment targets are met. The goal is:
– 3 warm appointments within 7 days, or
– 7 warm appointments within 14 days.
If these are not achieved within the timeframe, outreach continues until they are. - Delivery of prospect context before each call
7.2 Your Responsibilities
You must:
- Provide accurate calendar access or booking link
- Attend booked calls or reschedule with minimum 24 hours notice
- Conduct your own sales calls without expecting our involvement
- Not blame our booking for your conversion failures
We do not monitor your sales performance. We do not require sales reports. We do not track whether you close deals. Your sales results are entirely your business. We only track whether we have delivered your guaranteed number of booked appointments.
8. No-Show Policy
We confirm and remind prospects before calls, but no-shows happen. Our policy:
- One reschedule attempt per no-show at no extra cost
- If the prospect ghosts after reschedule, the original appointment still counts as delivered — we booked a qualified, interested prospect who confirmed
- We do not replace no-shows with entirely new appointments beyond the one reschedule attempt
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific campaign
- We are not liable for your revenue, profits, or business outcomes
- We are not liable for prospects who choose not to hire you
- We are not responsible for your sales performance or ability to close
- We are not responsible for your pricing, offer structure, or business decisions
- We are not responsible for no-shows beyond one reschedule attempt per appointment
- We are not responsible for prospects who reschedule, cancel, or change their minds
OUR COMMITMENT
We run the system until 3 or 7 appointments are delivered.
We book the calls.
What you do on the call is entirely up to you.
10. Confidentiality
You may not disclose our methodology or strategies. This survives termination for 2 years.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice:
- No refunds for campaigns in progress or completed
- If terminated due to your breach, you remain liable for all fees
12. Intellectual Property
All campaign materials remain our property. You receive license for follow-up use only.
13. Governing Law
German law governs. Berlin courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

By engaging our services, you explicitly acknowledge:
1. We guarantee to book 3 (Market Entry) or 7 (Market Domination) warm appointments into your calendar.
2. „Appointment delivered“ means a qualified prospect booked into your calendar with confirmed interest in your ad services.
3. We do not attend your sales calls, handle objections, or close deals for you.
4. Whether prospects show up, engage, or buy is not guaranteed and is outside our control.
5. Your sales performance, close rate, and revenue are 100% your responsibility.
We book the appointments. You close the deals. That’s the deal.
