Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By engaging with Duran Accelerator, you agree to be bound by these terms.

„We,“ „us,“ and „our“ refer to Duran Accelerator, operated by Senanur Duran („I,“ „the operator“). References to „we“ throughout these terms include the operator personally, as Duran Accelerator is operated as a sole proprietorship.

1. What We Do

Duran Accelerator connects brands and influencers for paid sponsorship campaigns. We work both directions:

• For brands: we source and introduce influencers who fit your target audience
• For influencers: we pitch you to brands and secure sponsorship opportunities

Either way, once we make the introduction and terms are agreed, the resulting campaign is run directly between the brand and the influencer. We are not involved in content creation, negotiation beyond the initial terms, or day-to-day campaign management.

2. Our Fee

We take a percentage commission off the top of the brand’s marketing budget for the placement — the same applies whether the deal started with a brand or with an influencer.

What’s left of the budget after our commission goes to the influencer, paid to them directly by the brand.

The commission percentage isn’t fixed. It’s negotiated individually for each deal based on the budget and scope of the campaign, and confirmed before any commission is invoiced.

3. What We Don’t Guarantee

If an introduction doesn’t lead anywhere, we’ll keep sourcing new matches. That’s part of the service, not a refund trigger.

4. Who Can Use This Service

You must be at least 18, represent a legitimate brand, business, or influencer channel, and be able to manage your own conversations and agreements once we’ve made an introduction.

5. Payment

• Our commission is paid by the brand, upfront, once a deal and commission percentage are agreed — before the influencer’s identity or contact details are shared
• Once paid, the commission is non-refundable — it covers the introduction and negotiation, which is considered delivered at that point
• No refunds because a campaign underperformed, content was delayed, or either party was unhappy with how the collaboration went — that’s outside what we control
• Chargebacks over campaign outcomes rather than our introduction work are a breach of these terms, and we’ll pursue recovery

6. Confidentiality

Please don’t share our sourcing and vetting process with others. This holds for 2 years after our work together ends.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the commission paid on the specific deal in question. We’re not liable for campaign results, either party’s decision not to move forward, or disputes that come up between the brand and influencer once introduced.

8. Intellectual Property

Media kits and materials we compile remain our property. You’re licensed to use them for evaluating and running your campaign, not beyond that.

9. Governing Law

German law governs. Berlin courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the current version.
